A soft cheese sold in full wheels described as "buttery" with a smooth, spreadable texture made in the style of Brie from pasteurized cow's milk and cream. Our Double Cream Fiji Brie takes 30 days to create and has a delicate and natural texture with a melting and creamy body and slightly nutty aroma. The milky-white rind of our brie is entirely edible.
Best served at room temperature or excellent baked in the oven with your favourite ingredients!
