Halloumi or haloumi (/həˈluːmi/) is a semi-hard, unripened, brined cheese made from a mixture of goat's and sheep's milk, and sometimes also cow's milk. It has a high melting point and so can easily be fried or grilled.
Our Fiji Halloumi is a white moderately hard cheese made from cow's milk and cured in brine.
Slightly salty in flavor and popular to cook on a grill plate or bbq. A more traditional breakfast is bread with tomatoes & olives served with halloumi cheese.
Please allow 5-7 days for processing as our Halloumi is made-to-order to maximize the shelf life of your cheese.
