A unique double cream blue mould cheese with a complex taste combining slightly salted sour cream with the rounded hoppy bitterness of the blue mould.
Taking a complete 30 days to age, our Blue Vein is a semi-soft, creamy cheese made from cow's milk and is considered a mild blue cheese.
